behalf of the CCRA Board of Directors and staff, we would like to thank
you for the tremendous success of our winter sidewalk appeal. With
your help, CCRA has raised over $13,000 to meet our goal of $11,000.
(Please note that funds over goal are reserved for continued sidewalk
cleaning.)
We
look forward to continuing to play a part in keeping the neighborhood
beautiful for CCRA members, friends, and tourists. We could not have
been successful without your support. We are almost speechless at the
magnitude of your generosity. We are grateful to all of our
contributors!

Water Main Replacement and Sewer Line Project
The Philadelphia Water Dept. will begin
replacing the water mains located 18th Street from Walnut to Spruce
Streets, and Manning Street from 18th to 20th Streets. The project will
begin at the end of January/beginning of February, Mon. - Fri. during
times from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. For more information, please see this letter.

The Albert M. Greenfield Home & School Association Annual Drive
As many of CCRA's members know, the Greenfield School is one of the
bedrock institutions of our community. Originally founded in 1954 as a
result of CCRA's lobbying efforts, Greenfield is consistently ranked as
one of Philadelphia's top elementary schools.
Presently, Greenfield's Home and School Association is in the midst
of its annual drive. From after school activities to special education
initiatives, Greenfield's HSA supports a variety of programs that enrich
its students' education. During this holiday season, please consider
making a donation to support their efforts.
