They're called Rittenhouse Estate. According to Naked Philly, "These homes will similarly sell in a range between one and two million
dollars and will be among the most expansive and upscale new
construction homes in the area. According to the project's website, the
homes will be tricked out with home automation systems, radiant floors,
wine cellars, and NEST Thermostats."
