Rittenhouse
Could the Proposed Sansom St. Jewelers' Row Development Project Happen in our Neighborhood?

Many blocks on Walnut and Chestnut and smaller streets (e.g., Sansom) are outside the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District.  Like Jewelers' Row, these properties are not historically protected.  If you are interested in joining a team of people who will help identify buildings that might be considered historic or if you are aware of buildings in our neighborhood worth to considering for nomination, please email Historic Preservation Chair Pip Campbell (via centercity@centercityresidents.org) by March 10.
