Grays Ferry residents have been
waiting a long time for a new grocery store option. Ever since Pathmark closed, few
options have been available for residents to grocery shop in the immediate
neighborhood.
That will be changing very soon. On
December 9, the new Fresh Grocer is expected to
open at 3021 Grays Ferry Ave.
The new grocery store, which was officially announced for the location
in August, is currently in the process of hiring a part-time and
full-time staff. If you’re looking for a job, you can stop by the grocery store
Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. for an on-the-spot interview.
We
invite interested applicants to meet us at our on-location hiring
center at The Fresh Grocer of Grays Ferry (3021 Grays Ferry Ave,
Philadelphia, PA 19146).We are doing on-the-spot interviews
Monday-Saturday from 9am-2pm. Please look for the trailer right outside
of the store with a hiring center sign on the door.
