It's your last chance to purchase tickets to SOSNA Dines Out, tomorrow, March 10th at Entree! You choose an appetizer, an entree and a dessert from a fresh and creative menu; seared tuna, black angus NY strip steak and seared duck breast are just a few of your exciting options! We'll also have our friends from Stanton Community Partners and Friends of Chester Arthur stop by to tell us a little bit about what great projects are in store for our neighborhood schools! Don't miss SOSNA's City Services Community Meeting this Wednesday, March 11th at 7pm at the SOSNA office (1901 Christian). We invite residents to learn about various tax relief programs, how to report quality of life issues to the City through 311, and receive information on Philly's Bike Share system- Indego, which is launching this spring. We will have representatives on hand to present information and answer all of your questions!

Join us at the next SOSNA General meeting on Wednesday, March 11th at 7pm! Learn more about various tax relief programs, how to report quality of life issues to the City through 311, and receive information on Philly's Bike Share system, Indego, launching this spring. We will have representatives on hand to go over the programs listed above and answer all of your questions!

The Philadelphia Free School is hosting the 5th Annual Alternative Education Forum on Thursday, March 12th. From 6-8pm, a panel of speakers from the Philadelphia Free School, Waldorf School of Philadelphia, and First State Montessori will answer questions about their different models of education. Come learn about how these different alternative models work, and the differences and similarities between them.

The New Central Baptist Church and The Philadelphia School are partnering to present a free screening/discussion of the film, "Fed Up." Produce and narrated by Katie Couric, this award-winning documentary examines America's obesity epidemic, the reasons behind it, and what we can do about it.

The City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue has partnered with the Campaign for Working Families, in collaboration with The Mayor's Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity to increase the availability of FREE tax preparation services in Philadelphia.
