SOSNA Newsletter

Do you have some household items you're ready to bid farewell to this fall? Some clothing or furniture that could use a new home?

As part of the first SOSNA Second Saturday, we are promoting neighborhood-wide Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, September 11 from 9AM-2PM and everyone is invited to participate!

All neighbors and local businesses are invited to join in and for a $5-15 donation you can be listed on our official map with any items you'd like to advertise. Don’t worry - you’ll get to keep any $$ you earn selling your wares! We just ask for a small up front donation to participate.

If you don’t live in the neighborhood but still want to participate, we have options for you! We will also be providing space in our new community center at 1901B Washington Avenue (corner of 19th & League St) as well as other public locations in the neighborhood. If you need space to vend, simply select that option on the form.

Follow the steps below by 5pm on September 1st to get in on the print promotions, or before 5pm on September 9th to be listed on the online map only.

How to Participate

1. Fill out the form with your info, along with any items you'd like to advertise (keep it brief please!)

Fill out our Google Form with your info by 5pm on August 15th to get in on the print promotions, or before 5pm on September 9th to be listed on the online map only.

Your contributions help support the SOSNA's community organizing and free neighborhood programming all year long. We don't want the fee to be a barrier to participation for anybody, so if that presents a hardship for you, please just send us a quick email at nicoleatsosna@gmail.com.

And if you are part of a local organization or congregation and would like to help get the word out to your members, please reach out to us at nicoleatsosna@gmail.com.
