Battery Recycling at Music in the Triangle As a proud neighbor and community member, Vicinity Energy is excited to partner with the South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) in Philadelphia to host battery recycling collection events during SOSNA’s Music at the Triangle on July 1st and August 12th! Please bring your used batteries, and we will see that they get recycled properly. Recycling batteries keeps harmful metals out of landfills and supports the recycling and reuse of raw materials. We will gladly accept lead acid, nickel cadmium, lithium ion, and alkaline batteries at these events. We’re looking forward to enjoying some live music and partnering with you to help #KeepPhillyGreen. WHEN: Thursday, July 1 and August 12 from 5:30p-7:30P WHERE: SOSNA Triangle Plaza, 23rd & South Streets

The South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) is a neighborhood civic association established to improve the quality of life and serve as a resource for residents and businesses by actively encouraging and promoting neighborhood activities and civic involvement in the area bounded by the south side of South Street to the north side of Washington Avenue and the west side of Broad Street to the Schuylkill River.
