Hirsch & Katie Downing Costelas are teaming up for an outdoor
fitness party. Cycle through rounds of weight-training and cardio dance
led by FOUR instructors, then celebrate your hard work with some treats
imported from the dairy state.

trainer, nutritional guide and spin instructor here in Philly! She’s
currently offering {safely distanced} one on one personal training as
well as virtual training, virtual group fitness classes and nutrition

Welcome to Therapeutic Pilates. I am a licensed physical therapist
and certified classical pilates instructor. I offer one-on-one patient
