A MESSAGE FROM SOUTH OF SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Our neighborhood's beloved Marian Anderson Museum & Historical Societyhas
recently suffered from flooding in the basement of the Museum and is
working to repair the damage. In addition, the Historical Society and
Museum has been closed due to COVID and yet to receive any support loans
or grants to subsidize their ongoing operational costs. Today,
we're helping Jillian of the Museum to fundraise the costs incurred over
this period, including the cost of the damage to the basement.

“There are many persons
ready to do what is right because in their hearts they know it is right.
But they hesitate, waiting for the other fellow to make the make the
first move - and he, in turn, waits for you.” ~ Marian Anderson
Our office will be closed until further notice. If you have any concerns or questions, you can reach our Executive Director, Nicole via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
