Get your 2020 Real Estate Tax questions answered and learn about available Real Estate Tax and water bill assistance programs.  Philadelphia Department of Revenue will explain the assistance programs that are available. These programs can assist senior citizens, low-income households and persons who are delinquent in their real estate taxes from prior years.
