Through the practice of yoga, children will learn to breathe deeply,
develop body awareness, and improve flexibility, strength, and balance
in a fun and engaging way. By practicing mindful activities, children
will also learn new and exciting ways to calm their minds and strengthen
their focus.
Drop In's are still available for November and December. Next eight

BalletX Fall Series 2019
at The Wilma Theater, Dec. 4-15
BalletX, led by Christine Cox, presents its Fall Series 2019 with two
world premieres by choreographers Matthew Neenan and Jo Strømgren.
The New York Times has named Matthew Neenan “one of the most appealing
and singular choreographic voices in ballet today.” His new
holiday-inspired ballet, 12 Bells, is co-created with composers Rosie
Langabeer and Tara Middleton, and features sets by Maiko Matsushima and
costumes by Christine Darch.
Jo Strømgren's work, known for its multi-disciplinary gusto, has been
described by The Boston Globe as "fantastically beautiful... conjuring
the poetic flight of a butterfly." His new space age ballet, The Moon,
is set to the music of composer/saxophonist Mette Henriette, with video
installation by Jorge Cousineau, and astronaut costumes by Martha
Chamberlain.
BalletX, named “among America’s best” by The New York Times, was recently featured on the cover of Dance Magazine.
Saturday November 23rd 5:30pm-7:30pm South American Wine Tasting Experience
Join us on Saturday November 23rd for a wine tasting experience like no
other! We will be exploring the wines of South America that most are
unfamiliar with, no Malbec or Cabernet Sauvginon will be involved.
Instead, we trek into the unknown parts of South American winemaking,
including wines from Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile and of course,
Argentina. We will be tasting 5 wines paired with 5 different small
plates that exemplify what South American wine culture is all about. You
won't want to miss this one!
Don't know what wine to bring to dinner, let us do the work for you! We
are offering wine bundles perfectly paired for your thanksgiving
dinner. We have Juhfark for the adventurous, and Gamay for the
