Zoning Remapping Public Mtg, Wed, 12/7, 6 - 8pm, Independence Charter School, 1600 Lombard St.
CCRA
and the Philadelphia Planning Commission will host a public meeting
regarding the zoning designations in the area between Broad and 19th
Street and Spruce and Rodman Street (see areas 13 and 14 in the map attached).
The southern boundary stops short of South Street because the area
between Rodman and South Streets was the subject of an earlier meeting.
The proposed remapping has been suggested by CCRA's remapping committee
which has 27 times met over the past two years.

Update on Criminal Activity in CCRA Neighborhood
15th & Locust St update:
Residents have expressed concern about the continuing issues (usually
relating to nightlife) at this corner. The PPD states that crime is

nuisance behaviors persist. Walnut, 16th to 20th St:
There have been high profile incidents but the PPD states crime in
general is not increasing in this area. CCRA's Government Relations
