Call for SOSNA Board Nominations

Friends & Neighbors,

Do you have a neighbor that works tirelessly to improve our community? Nominate them for the SOSNA Board of Directors at the September General Meeting on September 14th! We're having a SOSNA open house, come and learn about the many projects our committees are working on and meet the new SOSNA Program Manager! Details about the elections procedure and serving on the Board can be found here. The Elections will take place on Wednesday, October 12th, make sure you're registered to VOTE!

Attention SOSNA members! Come out and vote to elect up to 5 new members of the SOSNA Board of Directors! Nominations were accepted at the September 14, 2016 General Membership Meeting. Details about the elections procedure and serving on the Board are below. The Elections will take place Wednesday, October 12th at Shiloh Baptist Church (2040 Christian St)! Polls will be open from 6:30pm-8:30PM, and the candidates will give their brief speeches at 7:30PM.

Please join us on September 29th at the Bainbridge Club for the Roast and Toast of Lauren Vidas! SOSNA's fearless leader, Lauren Vidas, is nearing the end of her reign as the organization's Board Chairwoman. For the past six years (Yes, 6 YEARS!) Lauren has dedicated hundreds of hours to community meetings, clean ups, neighborhood events, block parties, and SOSNA projects, most notably Carpenter Green.

The SOSNA office will close on Labor Day, September 5th and reopen on Tuesday, September 13th.
