Announcing The SOSNA Clean Block Campaign

Friends & Neighbors,

SOSNA is excited to announce our Clean Block Campaign launching this spring! The Clean Block Campaign is a
comprehensive plan to address all of the components that contribute to litter in our neighborhood. SOSNA's goal is
to decrease litter and green our streets through partnerships with residents, organizations, schools and community
groups. SOSNA is calling all concerned residents to register as the Clean Block Rep for their block! Clean Block
Reps will work with SOSNA and, more importantly, their neighbors to lead clean ups or make a clean up schedule for
their block, disseminate educational materials on proper trash and recycling practices, distribute recycling bins, and
report problem residences and businesses to SWEEPs and to Philly 311 through the Neighborhood Liaison Program.
All Clean Block Reps will work closely with SOSNA and have access to our cleanup-tool library. For more information
and to sign up, click here. Together we can clean up our neighborhood!

Check out the many other exciting events coming up in South of South!
