Friends & Neighbors,
Do you still have holiday shopping to do? What better place to get special and unique gifts than in your own
neighborhood! Tomorrow, from 12-5pm, enjoy a day of shopping along South Street West. Shoppers will receive
discounts on gifts and wares, and free treats at participating retailers. For the full list of participating retailers,

Great news! Thanks to our generous supporters, we were able to reach our $5,000 goal for the Carpenter
Green matching grant!
Thank you to all who helped us get there! We are that much closer to creating the park!

holidays and bring items to the future site of Carpenter Green (17th & Carpenter). The Carpenter Green Committee
will be collecting trees, electronics, paper, and Styrofoam. All items will be recycled responsibly, and all donations
will go to creating Carpenter Green! On January 3rd we will be accepting Christmas trees only, then, on January 10th
we will be accepting all materials. We are in need of volunteers- if you would like to help, email Abby at
