SOSNA News Letter

SOSNA Board of Directors Nominations this Wednesday- 9/10!

Friends and Neighbors,

Remember, SOSNA will be accepting nominations for the 2014-2015 Board of Directors this Wednesday evening at the General Membership Meeting. You don't have to be present at the meeting to be nominated, however we encourage everyone to attend. The General Membership Meeting will also include information on an upcoming community mural project, and representatives from Dranoff Properties will be presenting an updated proposal for the Royal Theater. There are many exciting events coming up this fall; be sure to check the SOSNA calendar often so you are up-to-date on what's happening in the neighborhood.
The SOSNA Initiatives page is also a great place to explore our numerous committees and projects. If you are interested in making the neighborhood a safer place to be, check out a Safety Committee Meeting. Or, if you want to help plan and fundraise to make Carpenter Green a reality please join us for the next Carpenter Green Meeting on September 23rd. SOSNA has raised over $60,000 for the Carpenter Green project thus far, but there is still more to be done!
Lastly, don't forget that Homestead Exemption must be filed by September 13, 2014!
