CCRA Zoning Meeting for 19th and Lombard Streets

The agenda for the May 28th CCRA zoning meeting included the review of a proposal to develop 1901-1919 Lombard Street. Specifically, the application for the subdivision of one existing lot (1901-1919 Lombard) to create ten new lots, for the creation of a shared easement and for the complete demolition of all existing structures. It was opposed, apparently for not meeting city requirements such as maximum total building height, rear yard area, minimum open area, and minimum lot area.
